True Value Calibration Services Pvt. Ltd. (TVCSPL) was established in 2007 with the objective of providing reliable, accurate, and traceable calibration services to industries across India. Over the years, the company has expanded its technical capabilities and infrastructure to serve a wide range of calibration requirements while maintaining a strong focus on quality, competence, and customer satisfaction.
In 2013, TVCSPL received accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. The accreditation demonstrates the laboratory's compliance with internationally accepted requirements for calibration laboratories and its commitment to providing technically valid results.
TVCSPL provides calibration services in the fields of Mass, Volume, Force, Pressure, Thermal, Density, Electro-Technical, RPM, and Speed measurements. The laboratory is equipped with appropriate reference standards, master instruments, and environmental controls to ensure reliable and traceable calibration results.
The Mass Calibration Laboratory is capable of calibrating E1, E2, F1, F2, M1, M2, and M3 class weights ranging from 1 mg to 50 kg. TVCSPL is one of the very few laboratories which offer adjustment of weights and thus redefining the true value of the same. The Cast iron weights are generally painted, adjusted for weight and calibrated for a tighter tolerance value. TVCSPL regularly calibrates weights for manufacturers/ importers like Weigh India, Scaletech, Aczet, Accurate Weights, etc.
The Volume Calibration Laboratory provides calibration services for micropipettes from 0.5 µL to 10,000 µL, along with volumetric glassware and liquid measuring devices such as burettes, measuring cylinders, glass pipettes, bottle dispensers, syringes, vials, conical flasks, and other laboratory vessels up to 20 litres capacity. The laboratory also undertakes servicing and repair of micropipettes from various manufacturers, including Thermo Scientific, Eppendorf and Sartorius. TVCSPL also performs calibration services for master instruments used by several laboratories and industrial customers.
The Force Calibration Laboratory provides calibration services for Universal Testing Machines, Tensile Testing Machines, Hardness Testing Machines, Push-Pull Gauges, and related force measurement systems. The laboratory also performs verification of displacement and speed parameters associated with testing machines. Load cell calibration services are available up to 1000 kN using high-accuracy reference standards. TVCSPL routinely calibrates load cells from manufacturers including HBM, Sensortronics, Futek, Sensotech and Schwing Stetter.
The Pressure Calibration Laboratory provides calibration services for pressure gauges, pressure indicators, pressure controllers, pressure transmitters, pressure transducers, pneumatic gauges, Magnehelic gauges, manometers, and vacuum gauges over a wide range of pressure applications.
The Temperature Calibration Laboratory covers a broad range of instruments and equipment, including temperature indicators, controllers, recorders, RTD sensors, thermocouples, temperature baths, hot air ovens, muffle furnaces, deep freezers, autoclaves, humidity chambers, climatic chambers, environmental chambers, and industrial furnaces. The laboratory also undertakes mapping and validation studies for cold rooms, deep freezers, stability chambers, and environmental chambers.
The Electro-Technical Calibration Laboratory provides calibration services for Time Interval measuring instruments from 1 second to 3600 seconds, Thermocouples of types B, E, J, K, N, R, S, and T, and RTD sensors (Pt100). These services support industries requiring traceable and reliable temperature and time measurements for process control, testing, and quality assurance applications.
TVCSPL is also equipped to calibrate contact and non-contact tachometers, RPM indicators, and speed measuring instruments used in various industrial sectors.
The laboratory infrastructure has been designed to maintain controlled environmental conditions necessary for precision calibration activities. Temperature, humidity, and pressure are monitored and recorded at defined intervals, and all reference standards and master instruments are calibrated periodically to maintain traceability and confidence in measurement results.
With qualified personnel, established quality systems, and continual investment in infrastructure and technology, TVCSPL remains committed to providing calibration services that support measurement accuracy, reliability, and compliance across a wide range of industries.
